Part of the key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all crewing-related administrative documentation and records.
- Ensure the timely and accurate entry of financial and personnel data into the MOMS operating system, particularly within the Finance module.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the onboarding, deployment, and offboarding processes of crew members by supporting visa, travel, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor crew schedules, assignments, and contract statuses, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and project needs.
- Support monthly payroll processing through accurate system input and crew activity tracking.
- Generate regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders as required.
- Adhere to company policies, client regulations, and maritime labor laws related to crewing operations.
