Crewing Administrator - KSA Based

Part of the key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain all crewing-related administrative documentation and records.
2. Ensure the timely and accurate entry of financial and personnel data into the MOMS operating system, particularly within the Finance module.
3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
4. Assist in the onboarding, deployment, and offboarding processes of crew members by supporting visa, travel, and compliance documentation. 
5. Monitor crew schedules, assignments, and contract statuses, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and project needs.
6. Support monthly payroll processing through accurate system input and crew activity tracking.
7. Generate regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders as required.
8. Adhere to company policies, client regulations, and maritime labor laws related to crewing operations.
