Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and monitor performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement best practices in service delivery, supply chain management, and cost control measures.
- Drive initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Lead and mentor operational teams across multiple locations to foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operating performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.
- Analyze operational performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, finance, and marketing, to streamline business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
