Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring the project progresses according to schedule and specifications.

Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative working environment.

Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety guidelines.

Monitor project timelines, identify any potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Enforce site safety protocols and regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that all team members adhere to safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.
- Experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
