We are seeking a Construction Manager with hands-on experience in seawater desalination plant projects.
You will manage and fully work with multi-disciplinary teams on the construction and commissioning of high-capacity SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) or MED (Multi-Effect Distillation) plants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 project in seawater desalination (SWRO or MED)
- Strong understanding of mechanical process equipment (pumps, valves, filters)
- Familiarity with international codes: ASME, API, AWWA
- Experience working with EPC companies or large infrastructure projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Plant 3D or equivalent
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills in English
- GCC experience or willingness to relocate
