Job Title: Commercial Analyst / Contracts Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (ONSITE)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst/Contracts Specialist to oversee commercial contracts for a high-profile project, ensuring client interests are safeguarded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital revenue models, contract drafting, and FIDIC contracts, with the ability to collaborate with legal teams to finalize agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements between the company and partners, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Manage claims, variations, and change orders from consultants and contractors.
- Develop and implement a robust change management system for contract modifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to contract terms across the program.
- Oversee the tendering process, including bid evaluation and contract award recommendations.
- Support risk management processes and participate in review meetings.
- Verify that works are executed per contractual obligations before approving payments.
- Assist in dispute resolution between clients and contractors.
- Maintain accurate payment records and review invoices for compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, contracts administration, or quantity surveying (preferably in the Middle East).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, or Silver Book).
- Experience with digital revenue models and commercial terms.
- Proven ability to advise on cost, value, and risk management.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary, collaborative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).
- Prior experience with large PMC (Project Management Consultant) contracts in the Middle East.
