Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to serve as the main point of contact for our clients throughout the business setup process. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs, helping them establish and grow their businesses seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, delivering outstanding service and fostering trusted, long-term relationships.
- Understand client goals and recommend the most suitable company formation packages.
- Guide clients through the full business setup lifecycle, including documentation, government approvals, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Operations, PRO) to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of services.
- Keep clients regularly updated on progress, key milestones, and next steps.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records using CRM systems.
- Promote additional services such as visa processing, office leasing, and accounting to enhance the client experience.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay informed on current laws, regulations, and market trends affecting business setup to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and retention, contributing to company growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the business setup, legal, or corporate services industry.
- Strong knowledge of business setup procedures, legal frameworks, and regulatory trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering client satisfaction
