We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chief Accountant to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage accounting team activities.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Develop and enforce internal financial controls.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide insights and financial analysis for business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Construction field experience is must.
- Arab nationality is must.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities and team management experience.
