Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective sales cycle. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, proactively engaging with potential clients and managing sales opportunities. • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business contracts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and research and development, to align sales strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions. • Participate in product development discussions, providing market feedback and customer insights to guide product enhancements. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress against targets. • Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to monitor sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning and resource allocation decisions.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities. • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development. • Build a strong professional network and actively engage in industry associations and forums.
