Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as Buggy Driver in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Buggy Driver with proven experience in a 5-star hotel environment. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and comfortable transportation of guests within the hotel/resort premises while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive guests and VIPs around the hotel premises using electric buggies.
- Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests while assisting them with luggage or directions.
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and daily checks of the buggy to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Coordinate with front office, bell desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams for timely guest movements.
- Offer information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
- Adhere to hotel safety policies and traffic regulations at all times.
- Support the bell team in guest services during check-in and check-out times.
- Maintain records of trips, fuel usage (if applicable), and maintenance reports.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a buggy driver or valet in a 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Valid UAE driving license (where required by law).
- Good physical fitness and ability to assist with luggage handling.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus.
- Polished appearance and excellent customer service attitude.
- Knowledge of hotel layouts, guest protocol, and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in luxury hospitality in the UAE or GCC region.
- Customer service training or hotel operations certification.
- Familiarity with golf carts or electric vehicles.
