Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, cold brew, etc.)
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and accurately process payments
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders; ensure daily sterilization and cleanliness
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Offer product education and recommendations (coffee types, brewing methods, menu options)
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management for restocking needs
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and resort protocols
- Train new barista staff as needed and support during high‑volume periods
- Experience in coffee preparation and customer‑facing roles (1–5 years preferred)
- Familiarity with specialty coffee techniques and a passion for high-end beverages
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light loads
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
