The Banker Associate Program is a one-year program split into two phases and is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our business lines. During the first phase of the program, you will have the opportunity to be part of intensive in-class trainings as per your designated stream including specialized coaching sessions as well as business rotations across different functions. By the end of phase one, you will be assessed against a final group project (case study). The second phase of the program will be an “on-job training” where you will be placed within a department to work closely with our team of experienced professionals until your placement upon graduation.
Throughout this program you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support and mentorship helping you navigate your path to success. You will also have the chance to develop and refine your skills, expand your knowledge and build a solid foundation for a successful career

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Administration majors / Engineering majors
