Responsibilities
- Manage and update all IT asset Record in Asset management which cover but not limited to 45 Model categories.
- Add New Hardware to Asset management and that include all required details Asset taq, Serial number, Model, location…etc.
- Label all IT hardware and make sure that the label must contain the main Details such as Asset Tag, Serial number, Model, and barCode.
- Manage all IT stores which required to update stock and it should be reflected on asset management records.
- Arrange and communicate with Suppliers and Vendors to receive new IT Hardware, and make sure to match what we exactly receive against Delivery Note.
- Signe DN and share it with ISE Procurement to start payment process.
- Deliver Non Standard Hardware to end user and make sure to get end user to sign CAF, and share it with Service Team to start Invoicing Process.
- Work with Infrastructure, Network, and Security team to identify all IT Hardware that no longer need and obsolete in order to run Disposal action.
- Work with Suppliers and Vendor to report Faulty Hardware that still under warranty such as Laptop, desktop, docking station, Monitor…..etc and either to fix or replace.
- Provide weekly stock report to management, and highlight any shortage in stock and work to refill it.
- Manage backup tap store and make sure to capture serial number for each tap in order to be able restore as soon as we need.
- Manage and action all tasks that in Asset team queue and make sure to update and close them before preaching SLA.
- Manage Asset team group email and reply and answer end user queries and quotation.
- Receive leaver IT hardware and match it with Asset management and update end user with any unreturned Assets.
- Working with End user team to provide all required IT hardware to run and complete their task.
- Frequent communication with Remote sites to check their stock and fill the shortage
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred.
- Relevant IT certificates such as MCSE Desktop Support or Equivalent Knowledge about IT Service Framework
- A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar setup is a must Fluent in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken)
