Job Purpose / Objective
The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible to support the process of asset integrity and manage AD Dhahran base Engine Workshop, drilling workshop and Welding/Sand Blasting and Painting workshop. Also responsible for maintaining Asset overhaul plan that is not limited to Dhahran base spare Assets but also extended to AD fleet.
Key Accountabilities 1
- Maintain and implement Asset Integrity and Compliance monitoring program.
- Define Procedural Adherence rules, monitor asset integrity and enforce accountability.
- Responsible for verifying COC, OEM documentation and other types of documentation received during asset overhaul and record keeping and filing.
- Work closely with Asset Planning, TLM and Operations Department to build strong synergy & lean process for proper Breakdown investigation along with equipment premature failures.
- Lead and Prepare plans for Drilling workshop, Engine workshop and Welding workshops and lead the same for implementation.
- Prepare and assist in Major maintenance/Overhauls budget plans.
- Ensure that all non-conformance Operations Integrity events are properly reported, investigated.
- Responsible for generating weekly and monthly progress reports of the equipment overhaul.
- Follow continuous improvement process to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of collaborative approach with other departments.
- Liaises with operation, third party contractors and agencies. Keeps abreast of any new development or policy related to asset integrity and overhauls and informs operations as well as implement in the workshops.
- Set KPI for Drilling workshop, Engine workshop and Welding workshops and review quarterly performance.
- Additional duties as directed by his manager.
- Maintain workshops tools and assets in good working condition, perform regular preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule, maintain overhead equipment certifications and overhaul workshop assets as needed.

Relevant Experience
- Proficiency in Drilling equipment and overhaul processes.
- Working knowledge of Drilling Rig Assets, Equipment, and spare parts.
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Good knowledge of financial accounting concepts.
- A working knowledge of asset related processes in the asset’s life cycle management.
- A Working knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.
