We are seeking an Accountant with strong expertise in data entry, contracting, invoicing, and Expert in Excel. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely billing.
- Assist with contract management and payment processing.
- Create and manage reports using Excel.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Maintain and organize accounting records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s in accounting or finance.
- 2-6 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, data entry, and advanced excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
