نبحث عن مدير تقنية معلومات ذو خبرة عالية لقيادة استراتيجية التقنية والتحول الرقمي في الشركة. يجب أن يمتلك خبرة متقدمة في إدارة الأنظمة والبنية التحتية، ومعرفة قوية بـ Microsoft Dynamics ERP، بالإضافة إلى قدرة مثبتة على قيادة مشاريع تكامل الأنظمة (HR، Finance، CRM وتحسين كفاءة العمليات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على البنية التحتية التقنية والأنظمة التشغيلية وضمان استقرارها وأمانها.
- إدارة وتطوير منصة Microsoft Dynamics وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات لجعلها نظامًا معتمدًا وموثوقًا.
- قيادة مشاريع تكامل الأنظمة مثل:
- ربط ZenHR مع المالية وDynamicsترحيل الرواتب والإجازات والعمليات المالية.
- تنفيذ وتطوير نظام CRM جديد لدعم المبيعات والتسويق، مع الإشراف على تدريب الفرق.
- تحديد فرص التحسين والتحول الرقمي وتبني حلول مبتكرة تعزز التكامل والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إدارة الفريق الداخلي لتقنية المعلومات والتنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين.
- وضع سياسات ومعايير لأمن المعلومات وضمان الالتزام بها.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن تقدم المشاريع، التحديات، وفرص التطوير.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة تقنية المعلومات أو دور تقني قيادي.
- خبرة متقدمة في Microsoft Dynamics ERP شرط أساسي
- معرفة جيدة بـ SAP وOracle تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع تكامل الأنظمة HR، Finance، CRM
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة المشاريع.
- القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات ومواءمة التقنية مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- شهادات مايكروسوفت مثل Dynamics 365Azure أو SAP/Oracle.
- شهادة إدارة المشاريع PMP أو شهادة ITIL.
- إلمام بالحلول السحابية وأمن المعلومات.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced IT Manager to lead the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation. The ideal candidate must possess advanced experience in systems and infrastructure management, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and a proven ability to lead system integration projects (HR, Finance, CRM) and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the IT infrastructure and operational systems, ensuring stability and security.
Manage and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics platform, applying best practices to ensure it is a reliable and standardized system.
Lead key system integration projects such as: Integrating ZenHR with Finance and Microsoft Dynamics (including payroll, leave management, and financial processes).
Implementing and developing a new CRM system to support sales and marketing, while overseeing team training.
Identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation, adopting innovative solutions to enhance integration and operational efficiency.
Manage the internal IT team and coordinate with external vendors.
Establish IT policies and information security standards, ensuring compliance across the organization.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress, challenges, and areas for development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a senior technical leadership role.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP is required.
Good knowledge of SAP and Oracle is considered a plus.
Proven experience in system integration projects involving HR, Finance, and CRM systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align IT initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure) or SAP/Oracle.
Project management certifications such as PMP or ITIL.
Familiarity with cloud solutions and information security.
