As a Mason - Civil Works, you will be responsible for performing a variety of civil maintenance tasks, including masonry repairs, tiling, plastering, gypsum work, brickwork, flooring, and general building maintenance. Your work will contribute to maintaining the hotel's aesthetic appeal, structural integrity, and guest comfort.

Preventive Maintenance Operations

- Perform routine masonry repairs including walls, floors, ceilings, and outdoor structures.
- Install and repair tiles, bricks, concrete blocks, marble, and stonework.
- Carry out plastering, patchwork, grouting, and finishing of surfaces to the required standards.
- Handle minor concrete works such as pathways, curlos, ramps, and decorative features.
- Maintain building exteriors and public areas, ensuring they remain safe and visually appealing.
Preventive Maintenance

- Conduct regular inspections of masonry and civil structures to identify wear, damage, or potential hazards.
- Report any structural issues or deterioration to the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.
Participate in planned preventive maintenance program
Requirements
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Masonry, Civil Works, or Construction.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Mason in the hospitality industry, luxury properties, or large facilities.
- Skilled in tile setting, plastering, concrete works, bricklaying, and finishing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work specifications.
- Good understanding of health and safety guidelines in construction and maintenance.
- Physically fit, able to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Basic knowledge of English for workplace communication; Arabic is an advantage
