- Qualification - Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Experience - Minimum 5 Years of proven work experience of Restaurants in GCC and should Familiar with Arabic foods.
- Language - Proficiency English and Arabic Required
- Operational Management:
- Supervising daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Monitoring table turnover and service efficiency.
- Maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food costs.
- Ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Improving the Food Quality
- Financial Management:
- Analyzing sales data and creating reports on revenue and costs.
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to minimize waste.
- Managing budgets and developing strategies to improve profitability.
- Staff Management:
- Hiring, training, and motivating restaurant staff.
- Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Customer Service:
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Creating a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Organizing promotional events and special offers.
- Working with the marketing team to increase restaurant visibility.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Managing cash handling procedures and security.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Working with the chef to develop menus and plan special events.
