Job Brief:
Are you experienced in recruitment and a passion for supporting HR initiatives like performance management and talent development? We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-paced HR team supporting large-scale operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Saudi or GCC markets, a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, and the ability to support HR development programs. particularly for roles in construction, pipeline, coating, and fabrication sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Lead end-to-end hiring: posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors across GCC and South Asia.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs.
Performance Management Support:
- Facilitate annual and mid-year review processes.
- Help managers create and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Maintain and track performance documentation and timelines.
- Support HR with data for salary review and merit increase cycles.
Talent & Career Development:
- Assist with succession planning and skills gap analysis.
- Support learning and development activities.
- Track employee engagement indicators and follow up on high-risk cases.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs and internal coaching sessions.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years in recruitment and HR support, preferably in construction, pipeline, coating, or fabrication industries.
- Familiarity with HR practices in the GCC region is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be currently in Saudi Arabia or previously worked in the Kingdom.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: Up to SAR 16,000/month (commensurate with experience)
