Job Description
- Sales Support
- Record Minutes of the Meeting and follow up Action Plan
- Data Management and Analysis
- Route Management Support
- Monitoring of GTM Metrics
- Assess data sets and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor KPI /Scorecard Development and Distribution by maintaining Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reporting
- Identify opportunities on management processes improvements and make sure that the processes are executed according to the schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills, to help develop action plans to overcome the results deviations.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar fields
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
