**Key Responsibilities: **
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure they meet company standards for quality and service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and improve service delivery.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance, addressing any issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs and growth strategies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications: **
- Proven experience in supplier recruitment or vendor management, preferably within the transportation or service industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supplier management software.

Pay: Up to ﷼4,500.00 per month
