Job Title: Supermarket Team Member

Working Days: 6 Days per week
Monthly Salary: 3000 SAR (including accommodation and transportation)
Position Objective:
The job holder will be responsible for replenishment, quality check, cleaning and working on the checkout. With your attitude of hand-on-mentality, willingness to learn and hardworking your aim is always providing our FRESHER-CHEAPER-BETTER products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management & Merchandising
- Ensure all products are displayed in line with planogram standards, correct pricing, and promotional flagging.
- Maintain proper stock rotation and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes.
- Comply with daily expiry checks and ensure expired items are removed promptly.
- Comply with the store’s write-off policy by accurately identifying, documenting, and segregating damaged or expired products.
- Assist in product ordering by monitoring stock levels, reporting low or out-of-stock items, and ensuring timely replenishment as per store requirements.
Sales Contribution
- Actively contributes to achieving store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay informed about store promotions, new products, and sales goals.
POS & Cash Handling
- Check and ensure all POS (Point of Sale) machines are in excellent working condition.
- Count the float at the start of the shift to ensure accurate till accounting. Operate the till efficiently, handle cash accurately, and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.
Store Operations & Cleanliness
- Always maintain the highest standards of hygiene across the store.
- Participate in cleaning duties, ensuring the premises are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including stocking, cashiering, and cleaning.
Customer Service
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.
- Deliver exceptional service and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Understand and effectively implement the store’s return and exchange policy.
- Demonstrate initiative in solving customer concerns or queries.
