Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated SSOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC). This critical role will oversee the monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents while managing a team focused on protecting our operational integrity and information assets. As the SSOC Manager, you will ensure we're primed to respond to threats and maintain a posture of continuous improvement within our security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Security Operations Center, ensuring effective 24/7 monitoring of security events and incidents.
- Develop and implement processes for incident management and response, ensuring rapid resolution of security incidents.
- Oversee the analysis of security alerts and incidents, providing guidance and support for incident handling and forensics.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other departments to ensure a unified incident response and security strategy.
- Conduct regular threat assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to SOC analysts, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners related to security operations.
- Create and present reports on SOC activities, incident handling, and security performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to enhance security operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are a plus.
- 5-7 relevant years of experience in security operations, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of security monitoring tools, incident response methodologies, and security frameworks.
- Experience with threat intelligence and vulnerability management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
