The Candidate:
We are currently looking for a full-time Sports Administrator to join our team at Elite Sports Academy in Riyadh, KSA. As a Sports Venue Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sports coaching and development programs, sports holiday camps, and facility management services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a lively and friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain filing systems and registers to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of documents.
- Support and assist with payment collection during coaching sessions and sign-up days.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with assigned tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient coordination and communication.
- Maintain a positive and customer-oriented attitude while representing the organization to stakeholders and clients.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Administrative background is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Preferable with Driving License
- Smart and positive thinker, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, enabling effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
