The Job in a Nutshell💡
We’re looking for a LAAS Operations Specialist (B2B) to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you’ll be at the core of Mrsool’s transformation into a Logistics-as-a-Service provider. As an operations expert, you’ll take full ownership of launching and managing client operations ensuring readiness, execution quality, and ongoing service stability.
You’ll collaborate closely with commercial, product, and logistics teams to deliver tailored operational workflows, resolve real-time issues, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain strong relationships with our partners. From onboarding to invoice validation and performance tracking, your role is essential to delivering a smooth and scalable LAAS experience.

What You Will Do💡
- Launch and manage daily operations for newly onboarded LAAS clients, ensuring seamless activation and service continuity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (product, logistics, support, finance) to resolve operational issues and align on execution.
- Monitor SLA performance, analyze service gaps, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee order verification, invoicing accuracy, and compliance with commercial agreements.
- Support supply planning by coordinating with fleet and logistics teams to ensure sufficient capacity and performance coverage.
- Track operational KPIs, generate performance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Escalate critical issues with structured data and recommendations to ensure fast resolution and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain preferably in tech-driven or on-demand service environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly and decisively in fast-paced situations.
- Solid understanding of B2B operational workflows, SLAs, and client management.
- Hands-on experience working with operational dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and internal ticketing or order management systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong accountability and ownership.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
