We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our talented team. If you feel that this role is right for you, we would love to hear from you!
Role responsibilities:
- Community management: Monitoring, managing, handling, moderating, resolving customers’ queries coming from different Social Media and online channels, responding though SM platforms, tools, emails.
- Maintaining the overall sentiment and the brand’s health.
- Tracking results, making analysis or suggesting new ideas and solutions to optimize a current process.
- Report, escalate and follow up with cross departments.
- Following and maintaining SM policies and guidelines.
- Developing and creating scripts/captions/content if required.
- Creating and publishing content if required.
- Any other tasks mandated by the management.
Role qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent English/Arabic verbal and writing skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar role of at least 6 months.
- University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a team environment.
