JASARA PMC is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Senior Project Manager for the Stadium Masterplan project. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project management consultancy efforts for one of the most significant sporting projects. The role requires a high level of expertise in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall project delivery for the Stadium Masterplan, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and goals of the project.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government authorities, design teams, construction partners, and clients, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies and methodologies tailored to the unique requirements of the Stadium Masterplan Project.
- Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Actively foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the project, ensuring that all team members adhere to established standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of project management experience, including significant exposure to large-scale stadium projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and leading diverse project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Keen understanding of relevant regulations, safety standards, and construction practices.
