Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timelines and deadlines
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Ensure that client expectations are met and proactively address any issues that may arise during project execution
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets
- Identify and analyze project risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Oversee project procurement management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and monitoring of supplier performance
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and resolve any project-related issues or obstacles
- Utilize project management tools and software to monitor work progress, plans, and expenditures
- Prepare and review all necessary project documentation, plans, and reports
- Ensure that project standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar position
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
- Exceptional organizational skills, including strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Familiarity with project risk management and quality assurance control
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project and Basecamp
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
