Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Broker Management to lead our broker relations and optimize engagement strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating key relationships with brokerage firms, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals, and enhancing our market positioning within the real estate sector. Your expertise will be crucial in driving effective communication, streamlining operations, and enhancing broker performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the broker management team to ensure effective day-to-day coordination with brokerage firms supporting Qiddiya’s residential sales objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Qiddiya and brokerage firms, ensuring clear communication and coordination of activities.
- Analyze market trends and broker performance data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize engagement approaches.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by brokers, implementing strategies to enhance delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that messaging and marketing materials resonate with brokers and support their efforts in selling Qiddiya's offerings.
- Provide coaching and training to brokers to enhance their knowledge of Qiddiya's projects, properties, and strategic objectives.
- Plan and manage broker events, roadshows, and workshops, assigning responsibilities and ensuring smooth execution across departments.
- Ensure compliance across all broker agreements and manage coordination with the legal team, while guiding internal staff on contract procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in broker management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on real estate.
- Proven track record of successful relationship management within real estate brokerage communities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage various stakeholders.
- Experience in designing training programs and workshops for external partners.
- Proficient in CRM systems and other tools that facilitate broker engagement and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering collaboration and partnership.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
