Project Overview: Ajyad Tour
The Ajyad Tour project is a landmark development located near the Holy Mosque in Mecca. Role: Senior ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Engineer
As a Senior ELV Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of all ELV systems within the Ajyad Tour project. This includes systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling. Your expertise will ensure that all systems are integrated efficiently, meet international standards, and support the project's operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and coordination of ELV systems across the project.
- Review and approve ELV design documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Coordinate with MEP, IT, and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of ELV components.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, and access control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ELV-specific design tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in large-scale commercial or hospitality projects is preferred.
