At Salla, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and improving our business processes, identifying system integration opportunities, and recommending suitable technology solutions, including CRM and IVR systems.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into comprehensive system requirements and solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and enhance existing business processes to identify inefficiencies like bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather and document their business requirements, ensuring alignment with Salla’s Objectives.
- Customer Experience Journey Mapping: Design and document customer experience journeys to understand and improve customer interactions with Salla.
- System Integration Opportunities: Identify and evaluate opportunities for system integration, including SOA, to improve operational efficiency.
- Technology Solution Assessment: Assess and recommend suitable technology solutions, including CRM, IVR, AI/LLMs, and SOA, to support business process improvements.
- Business Process Modeling: Design and document comprehensive business process models using BPMN, clearly defining process flows, activities, and decision points.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement system integration and enhancement projects, ensuring seamless data flow and effective process automation.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough system analyses to identify potential risks and issues, developing strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure system stability.
- This includes user management and initial audits of the applications activity log.
- System Requirement Definition: Collaborate with development teams to define system requirements and oversee the business system road map.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management, system integration, CRM, IVR, AI/LLMs, SOA, and customer experience enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a focus on business process analysis, system integration, and business architecture.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with CRM, IVR, Jira, and ERPs.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing system integration and solution development projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and BRDs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional, business Process Certification are a plus.
- Good Knowledge of other architecture domains, agile scrum and systems anatomy will be advantageous.
