- Instrumental in supporting in the forecast and budget processes, including Strategic and Business plan exercises, and annual Business Review with internal Lilly and external stakeholders (where needed).
- Correlate key data with cyclical trends and global / regional economic data points to help drive effective business decisions.
- Consolidate and help support analysis of monthly regional financial results including the interpretation of current month performance information as a predictive tool for attainment of full year performance expectations.
- Support in Ad hoc or ongoing projects, strategic initiatives at the Hub level
- Support in effective OPEX monitoring report to have better OPEX governance
- Support the monthly close process through monthly revenue and G2N adjustments, partnering with internal BUs and external Alliance partners.
- Working closely with cross functional team (Marketing/Medical/KAMs) to ensure accurate & quality monthly reporting analysis and quality forecasting exercise for both revenue & opex.
- Working closely with distributor for the operational activities.
- Serve as SME for affiliate planning & reporting systems and tools (SAP/Tableau/BOXI).
- Identify and drive best practices and implement business process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economy.
- At Least 5 years’ experience in FP&A
- English fluency is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork, Proactive, and engaging with a sense of urgency
- Leadership skills (particularly in cross functional collaboration and leading without authority)
- Strong Learning Agility – ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
- Strong technical skills of business modelling & Power BI.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-focused.
- Strong ownership and committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
- Must be able to inspire, engage diverse group of people across multiple stakeholders
