Position Objective:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of contractor staff certification, including registration, scheduling examinations, and managing results. The role ensures that certification activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with established standards, leveraging digital learning platforms and tools.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Review and approve contractor staff certification and registration requests in line with established criteria.
Maintain accurate statistical records of certification submissions and their corresponding approval statuses.
Coordinate and schedule online examinations using the Learning Management Module (LMM).
Serve as a proctor during virtual exam sessions to ensure integrity and compliance.
Manage certification outcomes, including results processing and digital record entry.
Generate regular reports on certification status and trends for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to resolve queries and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
1-2 years of experience.
Prior experience with training coordination, certifications, or learning management systems preferred.
Proficient in data entry and database maintenance with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
