We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer / Executive to join the heavy equipment rental division of an esteemed organization based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving rental sales, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and technical support. A proven track record in heavy equipment rental sales and strong knowledge of the Saudi market are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment rentals in the Saudi market
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate rental contracts, terms, and pricing with clients in line with company policies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients when required
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, client feedback, and forecasts to management
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the company’s services
- Travel across regions for client visits and on-site meetings as required
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in rental sales within the heavy equipment or construction industry (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English & Arabic Languages.
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
