We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical sales strategies, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our products and services. You will work closely with clients, the sales team, and technical departments to ensure seamless project execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and demonstrate how FlyAkeed’s solutions can meet their needs.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals that address clients' challenges and objectives.
- Support the sales team in preparing RFPs and technical documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team to provide feedback and insights on client needs.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape to effectively communicate FlyAkeed's unique value proposition.
- Participate in training for internal teams to upskill them on product knowledge and technical offerings.
- Assist with post-sale technical support and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as: PHP, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
