Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with Quant’s vision and objectives.
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and growth plans for the sales team.
- Provide market insights to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
2. Revenue Growth and Business Development
- Identify and establish relationships with all clients, including enterprise clients.
- Expand Quant’s customer base by penetrating new markets.
- Develop compelling sales kits and client proposals; and work with management to enhance product offering and pricing.
- Negotiate and secure complex, high-value contracts to ensure profitability.
3. Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, sales excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Build and maintain detailed financial model to optimize sales capacity planning, productivity, and compensation structures.
4. Market Intelligence and Innovation
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
- Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to optimize our impact and reach in the region.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and provide feedback from potential and existing clients.
- Provide market feedback to drive product development and innovation.
5. Operational Excellence
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline performance.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
- Ensure the scalability and efficiency of sales processes and operations.
6. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by addressing their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Quant’s offerings.
Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, Data Science, or AI subsectors.
- Expertise in enterprise sales, software solutions, and subscription models.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related discipline (preferred).
