Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales operations, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth processes across departments to support successful sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide operational support to the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and order processing.
- Prepare and process sales documents, quotations, and contracts, and follow up on necessary approvals.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.
- Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
- Track sales orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve customer or internal issues.
- Generate sales reports and support management with forecasting and analysis.
- Assist in the execution of marketing and sales campaigns as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably within the construction, fit-out, or architectural sectors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
