We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at INDEX Residence to support our Sales Department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining client relationships, managing quotations, and supporting internal processes to ensure smooth sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks, including follow-up on ongoing and new business with customers.
- Prepare and send rate quotations to customers.
- Monitor quotation and customer performance, including tenders, and follow up with customers where required.
- Handle dispute and exception management.
- Provide clear handover information to the Customer Service team.
- Validate and input new customer data into the system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Position open to both Saudi and non-Saudi nationals.
