Job Title: RTO Specialist & Warehouse Keeper

Job Summary:
The RTO Specialist & Warehouse Keeper is responsible for managing all Return to Origin (RTO) shipments in the system, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve expired shipment cases, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory, and preparing and dispatching merchant packing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all Return to Origin (RTO) shipments in the system.
- Follow up with Customer Support, Drivers, and Operations teams to resolve “Expired” or delayed shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of returned shipments, including reasons, status updates, and actions taken.
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored properly and records are kept up to date.
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch merchant packing materials as per request and schedule.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry related to RTO and inventory in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
- Support inbound and outbound logistics activities when required.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on RTO trends and warehouse stock levels.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably with RTO handling.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, data entry).
- Good communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks and occasional heavy lifting.
