Job Purpose
To lead the execution of real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and usufruct agreements. Ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and contributes to the strategic objectives of the LRMD through diligent process execution, stakeholder coordination, and comprehensive transaction support.
Key Accountabilities
Functional Responsibilities
Lead the execution of real estate transactions, ensuring that each process complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards .
Conduct and coordinate due diligence activities, including risk assessments for potential acquisitions, sales, or disposals.
Lead the development of transaction strategies by analyzing market data, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including buyers, sellers, government entities, investors, and consultants to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Provide support during negotiations to ensure favorable commercial terms are achieved, aligned with strategic goals
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure deals are structured appropriately and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of transactional documentation in coordination with the Real Estate Records Management unit.
Coordinate with Real Estate Portfolio Management & Excellence and Real Estate Leasing & Tenancy teams to ensure transactions contribute to long-term portfolio and leasing strategies.
Contribute to maintaining transparent and up-to-date transaction reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Perform any other job-related duties required by the direct manager.
