Responsibilities And Duties:
- Maintain company quality standard.
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality.
- Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
- Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead and manage internal and external ISO audits as per plan.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team through training.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Products certification through Certified laboratories.
- Systems standards implementation like QMS, CE.
- Provide regular reports to the Complex Operations Manager on Quality performance and key metrics.
- Liaise with the Sales department in complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with the sales department to collect the updated customers' requirements .
Education & Experience:
- Proven experience with 10 to 15 years in a leadership role within a Quality Department environment.
- 5 years at least as a manager
- In-depth knowledge of international standards, quality control and product standards.
- Proven experience in in Gypsum Board, Cement Board is a major plus, or equivalent Heavy industries like Cement, Glass, Steel, Sugar, Paper, and Ceramic)
- Chemical & Mechanical background.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Science Major Chemistry.
- Certification in Quality management or a related field is desirable.
- QMS, Lean, six sigma /TPM programs are a Plus.
