Job Description
Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Assurance:
- Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure product and process compliance.
- Conduct in-depth quality inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high standards.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Develop and enforce quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and operational excellence.
Testing, Reporting & Leadership:
- Lead a team of quality control engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports on performance metrics and defect trends.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control or assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in leading teams and managing quality control processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
