We’re seeking a Providers & Network Specialist to help manage and expand our network of garages and service centers, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
- Identify and onboard new service providers that meet quality and operational standards.
- Maintain relationships with existing garages and service centers across the kingdom.
- Monitor service provider compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Track service performance and resolve operational issues or complaints.
- Support negotiations and renewals of provider agreements.
- Conduct periodic evaluations and field visits to assess provider quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth claims and service workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in provider or network management within insurance is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple provider relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
