As the Project Director - Global Wealth Partnerships , you will be responsible for developing a team of Wealth Managers across the global markets, looking for investors to buy real estate in the KSA. You will look after real estate investors from all over the world and work with several departments to provide a seamless investment experience for the international clients. You will carry out relationship-building activities like road shows, international PR events, webinars, and conferences in coordination with marketing and project acquisitions departments.
n this role, you will:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Design and execute Bayut’s multi-country entry strategy (Asia, Asia, Europe, the US, and the GCC).
- Define market priorities, partnership structures, and sales objectives.
- Develop campaigns in coordination with marketing teams to reach the right investor audience.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead recruitment of Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers in target countries.
- Develop standardised interview scorecards, KPIs, and onboarding programs.
- Manage and mentor international staff to ensure high performance and cultural alignment.
Partnership Development:
- Establish strategic partnerships with wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, and Islamic finance institutions.
- Structure referral agreements, co-branded events, and private investment programs.
- Build credibility for Bayut as a premier partner for Saudi real estate investments.
Roadshows and Global PR:
- Research, conceive, and execute roadshows, conferences, and global PR events, ensuring an appropriate level of outreach to get Real Estate investments in KSA.
- Employ global marketing practices to develop local and global PR and develop brand equity across the world.
Managing Revenues and KPIs:
- Constantly manage sales and revenue, and monitor the KPI performance of global teams working remotely in the various markets.
- Ensure the implementation of the business plan and the growth models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
- At least 10 years of sales or partnership management.
- Proven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in successfully managing teams remotely.
- Proven Track Record of working with High Net Worth Clients
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- A deep understanding of the market services/products.
- Understanding of real estate sales.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales
- Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.
