Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development.
- Familiar with AOR systems and interdisciplinary project environments.
- Proficient in technical analysis tools, architecture review, and financial evaluation
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is an advantage.
