We are seeking an experienced and motivated project coordinator to join our reputable contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction projects and the ability to handle his responsibilities efficiently on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in coordinating fit-out works (interior finishing, joinery, MEP coordination, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and site coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor fit-out activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Prepare progress reports and assist the Project Manager in day-to-day activities.
