The Operations Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure the proper functioning of all parcel machines and the smooth flow of shipments, as well as to oversee the work of the entire operations team.
The Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, and upgrade of all parcel station hardware and equipment.
- Plan and organize the activities and work schedules of a team of technicians.
- Prepare reports on parcel machines, including but not limited to machine condition, maintenance visits, spare parts, and technician reports.
- Monitor and document instances of failure, repair, installation, and removal of parcel stations.
- Create procedures for the operations department.
- Ensure that all complaints received from the customer service department are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure that activities related to other departments are resolved.
- Participate in all tasks related to parcel station maintenance, including working on the ground.
- Ensure that all tools and company property are maintained.
- Handle communications with external vendors.
Requirements
- Diploma degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, or communications engineering.
- At least two to three years of experience in an operations coordinator role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Ability to travel and work on sites.
- Leadership, time management, problem solving skills.
