Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement the Operations Readiness Plan in alignment with project commissioning milestones.
Liaise between the project commissioning team and the future operations/maintenance teams to identify and address operational requirements.
Develop and track operations readiness deliverables, including spare parts lists, asset registers, O&M manuals, critical spares, and vendor documentation.
Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, job plans, and equipment criticality assessments.
Participate in system walkdowns and punch list resolution to ensure operational readiness criteria are met.
Ensure training plans and competency frameworks for operations personnel are in place and executed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant experience in operations readiness, commissioning, or maintenance engineering on large-scale industrial, Mining or energy projects.
Previous site-based experience in construction/commissioning environments is essential.
Strong understanding of asset management systems (e.g., CMMS – Maximo, SAP PM, etc.).
Familiarity with operations readiness frameworks (e.g., OR&A, ORP, or similar industry practices).
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards applicable to commissioning and operations.
