The Role
Objective of the Role: The Marketing Specialist will execute and manage marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives for Cloud Spaces' locations in Saudi Arabia. The role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and generating qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns, community events, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms tailored for the KSA market. • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve future outcomes. • Coordinate with external marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time. Social Media & Digital Marketing: • Manage social media channels and Search ads, including performance monitoring, content scheduling, and platform optimization. • Track and analyze social media metrics and influencer program performance to measure impact. Events & Community Engagement: • Organize and execute in-person events, including coordination with speakers, influencers, and vendors to drive attendance and engagement. • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to evaluate success metrics and optimize future strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce promotional content and event collateral. Partnership Development: • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with aggregators, real estate agents, and government organizations to increase brand visibility. Market Research & Trends: • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and target audience preferences in Saudi Arabia. • Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness. Project Coordination: • Ensure all projects align with established creative strategies and meet deadlines. Support cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver cohesive marketing outputs.

Requirements
Required Experience & Education: • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in business centers, coworking spaces, or the hospitality industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Core Skills & Competencies: • Proven ability to design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising, and performance analytics. • Demonstrated success in event planning and execution, particularly with community and influencer engagement. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences. • Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Proficiency with marketing tools such as: o HubSpot o Hootsuite o Google Analytics Project & Organizational Abilities: • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Capable of working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Language Requirements: • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
