As the Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will take charge of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring that all financial activities support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the financial advisor to departmental leaders, guiding them on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business plan.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Provide insights on capital investments and operational expenditures, aiding in project evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) or relevant certification (CPA/CMA) is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide insightful recommendations.
